Microsoft develops all-in-one security package
Microsoft is about to launch a new product aimed at securing people who use the internet.
Their new all-in-one security package, called OneCare, will include anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall protection into one software package.
The new software is being launched in the US on June 1st (2006) and will be rolled out to other countries over the next 12 months. Costing $49.95 (£26.50) the software will allow you to protect up to three computers and is aimed at home and small business users.
This will pit Microsoft against the large established players in the field, including Symantec and McAfee, who are reported to be developing similar products.
